3. Service Appointments and Cancellations

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on the volume, weight, and type of items to be removed or the specific dumpster rental period. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and checks.

 

5. Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited from disposal through our services, including but not limited to: hazardous waste, toxic materials, medical waste, and chemicals. A complete list of prohibited items is available upon request.

 

6. Property Access and Damage

Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the property for service. Dash Away Hauling is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property areas that occurs during normal service operations unless caused by gross negligence.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Dash Away Hauling's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dashaway Hauling harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Dash Away Hauling reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
